Our smartphone is our daily life companion. smartphones have gone from being a status item to an indispensable part of our everyday lives. And we spend a lot of time on them, around four hours a day on average.There’s an increasing body of research that shows smartphones can interfere with our sleep, productivity, mental health and impulse control. Even having a smartphone within reach can reduce available cognitive capacity.But it’s recently been suggested we should be more concerned with the potential for smartphones to shorten our lives by chronically raising our levels of cortisol, one of the body’s main stress hormones.

With smartphones we can reduce the stress of our daily lives but how many people do not find the answer to this question. , we can keep notes on our smartphones about what I need to do today and what I have left to do in the next week. An effective way to get rid of stress very quickly is to watch video , listen music or listen soundtrack. Some of the benefits of playing smart phone games include experiencing feelings of achievement, accomplishment, and progress. These emotions provide a distraction from thoughts of distress,depression and provide the person with a form of positive feedback.The graphics in a game provide positive visual and auditory stimuli, thereby enhancing the experience even further. With prolonged exposure and consistent progress within the game, the images become associated with feelings of comfort and achievement. Thereby stimulating an increase in the production of dopamine in the brain which is associated with feeling rewarded.I Also Play games for reduse my stress.

Nowadays children are very addicted to smartphones.Again, being stuck inside the mobile all the time and the cause of the overall loss of a person.Smartphones are also found to have a negative impact on your health. Smartphones emit radio frequency energy which can be absorbed by the tissues in the body. Sleep deprivation is also one of the common bad effects of using smartphones. Moreover, phones produce #HEV light which can damage your eyes’ retina. There are interesting games and social websites that can lead to addiction. Many people wake up in the morning and check their phones first., that is how important our smartphone has become. It is the first thing we look at before we tell those around us a pleasant “Good morning.” the reason phones were invented in the first place, to reach out and call somebody. .Also in many cases the use of smartphones leads to frustration. It can be in daily work or playing games .

Our stress in daily life can come from many places.We should always avoid the bad and take the good things.With the proper use of mobile phones, of course mobile phones are able to reduce stress in daily life. In My time When I feel Strees I play games or listen music.Now I can Say smartphones encourage habits and behaviour that is damaging to our health and relationships. We should be very cautious about overstating the power of smartphones, otherwise we may only understand the implications of this technology after it is too late to change our behaviour.So I think my Smartphone take important part on my stress time.
