Check out the video below to learn more about One School, One Book.
One School, One Book is a program held by many schools across the country to promote a love of reading within the K–5 school community and at home. The books selected are often above younger students’ independent reading levels and are meant to be read aloud together as a family.
This program has become a cherished tradition at Brook Park and continues to strengthen our sense of community. Participation is completely voluntary, and families should feel no pressure to take part. If this year’s book is not a good fit for your child or family, please know that it is perfectly okay not to participate.
We are grateful to be able to offer this opportunity for the 15th year, thanks to the generous support of the BPC.
