About Me

I grew up in Palos Heights and attended Brother Rice High School. From there, I went to Illinois State University (Go Redbirds!) and graduated with my degree in Middle Level Education (math and science). I then earned my Master's degree from Concordia University in Differentiated Instruction before getting my ESL endorsement from St Francis. I have been teaching math at S.E. Gross since 2013. I coach the 6/7th grade girls' basketball team and the 8th grade boys' basketball team. I also supervise our coed soccer intramural program. Outside of school, I am an avid sports fan - rooting for the Cubs, Packers, Blackhawks, and Bulls. I recently got married in Lake Geneva and my wife is also a teacher (kindergarten).
