My name is Becky Boyer.  I graduated from Saint Cloud State University with my Elementary Education degree and also graduated from Concordia-St. Paul with a Masters of the Arts degree in Differentiated Instruction.  I am happy to say that I have completed my Minnesota Reading endorsement as well as some new science of reading courses, but still love to learn right along with your Kinders! 

Me llamo Becky Boyer. Me gradué de la Universidad Estatal de Saint Cloud con mi título en Educación Primaria y también de Concordia-St. Paul con una Maestría en Instrucción Diferenciada. Me complace anunciar que completé mi especialización en Lectura de Minnesota y algunos cursos nuevos sobre la ciencia de la lectura, ¡pero aún me encanta aprender junto con sus alumnos de kínder!

I have been teaching Kindergarten since 2004, first at Avon Elementary and now at Albany Elementary.  I have greatly enjoyed teaching and learning from the students over the years!  I am so excited to be teaching at the new Early Learning Center this year.  Each year is a new adventure, though I love watching my past Kinders grow into amazing citizens!

He enseñado kínder desde 2004, primero en la Primaria Avon y ahora en la Primaria Albany. ¡He disfrutado muchísimo enseñando y aprendiendo de los alumnos a lo largo de los años! Estoy muy emocionada de enseñar en el nuevo Centro de Aprendizaje Temprano este año. Cada año es una nueva aventura, aunque me encanta ver cómo mis alumnos de kínder se convierten en ciudadanos increíbles.

Outside of school, I LOVE to read, play games, and spend time with my family of seven.  I like to spend time with friends and continue to nourish my desire to grow my green thumb.  It continues to be a battle! I enjoy walking and getting walked by our family dogs.

Fuera de la escuela, me ENCANTA leer, jugar y pasar tiempo con mi familia de siete. Me gusta pasar tiempo con amigos y seguir alimentando mi deseo de cultivar mi talento para la jardinería. ¡Sigue siendo una batalla! Disfruto pasear y que me paseen nuestros perros.
