Welcome to the 2021/2022 school year with Ms Reitman!

I am so excited to get to create with you this year!

It is wonderful to be back in person with you all creating new and wonderful masterpieces.

I can't wait to get to know all of my new 6th graders and I am thrilled to be working with my 8th graders again this year!

I hope you have all stayed safe & healthy over these past months.

I find Art to be very therapeutic.

It brings me great comfort and joy.

I hope it will do the same for you!

Life has been anything but normal this past year and a half but we will continue to work our way through these unprecedented times together.

I am here to help you any way I can.

There is a page for both the 6th graders and the 8th graders on this site.

I will post weekly assignments in Google Classroom for both grades. You will be able to find the appropriate/helpful resources on this website or in your Google Classroom.

Together we will explore curriculum, have class discussions and create. I will also provide check-ins, examples and supports during our time together. There will be a lot of "VOICE & CHOICE" in our class.
