Summary of Position:
The Family Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of all Head Start Program Performance Standards. This position provides ongoing, individualized support services to children and families enrolled in Head
Start/Early Head Start (HS/EHS). The Family Support Specialist works to ensure families receive comprehensive, coordinated support services with a focus on prevention. This position works collaboratively with HS/EHS Managers, childcare partners and community agencies to support enrolled children and families. Additionally they are responsible for participating/organizing family events and activities in collaboration with other HS/EHS staff, as well as being involved in recruitment and enrollment.
Educational Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree, Credential or certification in Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, or Family Services.
Experience working with at risk families with children from birth to five required.
Summary of Position:
This position will provide services to clients with substance use disorders, dual-diagnosed clients, clients with DUI convictions and to clients who have been affected by another person’s substance abuse. The caseload for this position focuses primarily on adolescents and families, but also may be staffed with adult cases. The Staff Therapist will provide individual psychotherapy, group therapy and support services, including appropriate case management functions in accordance with clients’ treatment plan and goals. The Staff Therapist will conduct Intake and Assessment/Treatment Planning for new clients and may perform alcohol/other drug evaluations. This position may act as liaison between PEER Services and outside resources, when authorized by the client and/or the program. Full-time and part-time positions available, both requiring evening hours.
Educational Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience (may include graduate internships). Must have successfully completed a Master’s Program and carry at least one of the following licenses, OR able to obtain license within 90 days of employment.

Educational Experience:
This part-time nursing position is open to those with a license or certification of RN/LPN. Experience with SAMMS dispensing system is preferred but not required.
Qualifications: Experience working with youth and adults with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) preferred.
About the Job: Provide support and assistance to interns at job sites, lead group activities, and assist with lesson plans and curriculum development. Adhere to daily lesson plans for role and responsibility. The goal for each intern is to develop the ability to function independently or with minimal assistance in various settings and within their own individual goals.
In this position, you will work collaboratively with the team to assess the intern’s vocational and social level and to develop individual goals within the areas of social/communication, vocational, and life skills. Monitors interns’ progress by collecting and analyzing ongoing performance data.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and mental health conditions and commitment to in-person sessions and telehealth options at our Park Ridge and Evanston locations
About the Job: Have Dreams, a leader in the autism community for 25 years (autism resource agency) is seeking an experienced LCSW, LPC or LCPC to join our team for a part-time caseload with a full-time option as the caseload grows at our Evanston and Park Ridge locations. This candidate should have clinical mental health experience working with individuals (ages 6+) and families affected by an autism spectrum disorder.
