The goals of LAN 40 are to improve and coordinate services by providing a forum for information sharing and discussion among agencies, governmental units, private practitioners, and consumers of services and by supporting and strengthening youth-service providers. We strive to support community-based services that build on a family’s strengths and focus on helping youth remain at home in their communities and local schools.
