Reading Programs

Bibliomania

4th and 5th grade students are challenged to read off a list of 10 books and complete projects for rewards and recognitions. Students can also choose any book they have read and loved. Then students are asked to create a project based on the book they read. Example projects can include, but not limited to, posters in Canva, games, lego creations, or other forms of artwork. Projects are in response to the book they have read. Students are participating in a social reading experience and are encouraged to read and create together.

The D65 Librarians curate a fabulous list of books each summer and challenge students to read over the summer.
