Community Bond Survey Results
In January, District 145 engaged an independent research firm to conduct a statistically valid phone survey of 300 registered voters and residents to assess community perspectives on a potential bond issue.
The survey showed strong confidence in the district with 82% rating the quality of education as good or excellent and 81% indicating trust in the school board and Superintendent. The biggest strength of the District and what respondents like most is our quality of teaching staff.
72% of respondents indicated there is a need for a bond issue.
The results of this survey were instrumental in helping the Board refine the proposal and ultimately decide to place the bond issue on the May ballot.
