When you are finished with the course, you will get a certificate of complete with your name, the course name, and the number of credit hours you will receive. BUT you are not done yet. You still have to get an Illinois Certificate of Completion and turn in your evidence.

a) Turn in the course syllabus and certificate of completion to Google Classroom - Class Code: yu6sj2a

b) Complete the PD Survey, you will need the course name and number of "contact hours" from your certificate.

c) Upon review of your submitted documents, you will get an Evidence of Completion sheet.

Continuing Education Credit (CEUs)

The number of contact hours/CEUs available for an On-Demand course is dependent on the length of the course. Full-length courses are equivalent to 30 contact hours, or 3 CEUs. For our mini-courses, please read the course details and purchasing information for the course you are interested in to check the number of CEUs that will be awarded.

On completion of your course and all the session exercises, you will have an opportunity to save and print a CEU certificate. The link to print the certificate will be available on the last page of the course.

Step 4) Enter your PD into ELIS

It is best to do this as soon as possible. Don't forget to file your evidence of completion sheet in a safe/secure place.
