Reflection: I am teaching a class on Google Certification in my district and I have already shared my PLN with these teachers to give them ideas on how to connect outside of their classrooms. We discussed and created their G+ profiles which is a start to creating their own PLN. We had several discussion questions in the class about Twitter and other ways to reach out for ideas and networking withing education. PLN's bring power to educators by opening doors to show a different perspective and it will also provide a vast amount of ideas and resources for them to evaluate. I can share ideas with my PLN about our history of rolling out 1:1. What worked for us and what didn't and issues we still continue to struggle with. The most powerful part of a PLN is that it is constantly expanding and improving as I discover more ideas and connections out in the educational world.
