Dear Diamond Lake School Families,
What a fantastic way to kick off the school year—our Back to School Bash was such a fun and special evening! Thank you to all who came out to celebrate with us. It was wonderful seeing our students, families, and staff enjoying time together and building community.
This week’s attendance fact: Did you know that students who miss even a few days of school in the early grades are more likely to struggle with learning to read by third grade? Consistent attendance helps children build the strong reading foundation they need for success in every subject.
We are also excited to introduce something new this year—our Staff Recognition Form! This is a simple way for families to recognize and celebrate the incredible work our staff does each day here at Diamond Lake School. If you know a teacher or staff member who has gone above and beyond, we would love for you to take a moment to share your appreciation. Together, we can spread positivity and shine a spotlight on the amazing people who make DLS such a special place.
Every day at DLS matters!
Keep shining and #SparkleOn,
Mrs. Sunny Morley
Principal, Diamond Lake School

The Smile Dentist is Coming!
We’re excited to share that the Smile Dentist will be visiting our school on Monday, September 16th. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to receive dental care right at school.
