Dear Diamond Lake School Families,

Don't forget that Monday, March 2, is a late start. The building opens at 8:55 am and school begins at 9:10 am. 

We are looking forward to our Pick a Project Event on Wednesday! Please be sure to RSVP to your child’s teacher if you plan to attend. We cannot wait for you to join us and see our math learning in action. It’s always exciting to open our doors and showcase the hard work our students are doing each day.

Parent-Teacher Conference sign-up information was sent home from classroom teachers this week. Please don’t forget to schedule your conference time. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the growth your child has made so far this school year and discuss goals for the months ahead.

We are looking forward to an exciting event at Diamond Lake School! Information about our upcoming Pick a Project Day has been sent directly from your child’s classroom teacher. Please be sure to check ParentSquare for details about the schedule and what to expect. We are especially excited to welcome families into the building on March 4th for a special math exploration event. This will be a wonderful opportunity to engage in hands-on math activities alongside your child and see their learning in action.

D76 CARES: At D76, the well-being of our students and families is our top priority. Understanding the critical role mental health plays in student success, we have launched D76 CARES - a comprehensive initiative aimed at improving access to quality mental health services across our community. D76 CARES stands for Community, Advocacy, Resilience, Engagement, and Support. Treatment services are initially provided free of charge to district families for up to 8 sessions. Thank you to everyone who attended, donated and volunteered at our first Family Loteria Night. The evening was a success.  Here’s a snapshot of the action.

Ice Cream Day- Ice cream day is coming Monday March 16th.  Please see the attached flyer.  To order ice cream you may register online and pay via Zelle, or return the registration form with cash to the school office. Please complete your registration no later than Wednesday March 11th.  

Next PTO Meeting- You are invited to join us at our monthly PTO meeting. Tuesday March 17th, 2026 6:00-7:00pm Diamond Lake Elementary School Library. All are welcome to attend.

Save the Date- Nothing Bundt Cakes will be at the West Oak Campus on March 19th from 4-7pm during Teacher Conferences.
