Private Lessons

Taking private lessons on your instrument is the single greatest investment into your music education that a student and family can make. The better you are at your individual instrument, the greater the enjoyment in playing. There are so many outstanding professional musicians in the Chicagoland area and we are lucky to have such inspiring musicians coming to DHS to teach our students. Lessons can be scheduled during a students free period, before or after school, or during a student's band class period. All lessons are $35 for a 30 minute lesson, paid directly to the private teacher. Students will have the opportunity to meet many of these teachers in the first month of school.
