We are less than 2 weeks from our Kids Heart Challenge (Jump Rope for Heart) so we are going practice to make sure we are ready for our event! Follow along with Coach Kirby for a quick jump rope warm-up!
We are continuing our jump rope activities. Today we are focusing on jumping and turning the rope. Follow along with the video/workout doing all the jumps and working on turning the rope so you can successfully jump over it!
