The Professional Authorized Contractor Endorsement (PACE) will give General Contractor trainers and foremen hands-on training, in-person with DISH instructors. PACE focuses on:
Comprehensive in-person training program with an emphasis on 20% milestone lessons learned

Extensive review of NexsysOne mobile app (QMS, COP, check in/out, document library)

Preparing GCs to administer ACE program to field employees

The Authorized Contractor Endorsement (ACE) is designed for General Contractor crews and subcontractors. Individuals will receive training via online modules administered by their company. ACE focuses on:
Comprehensive training program with an emphasis on 20% milestone lessons learned
Industry safety standards
Streamlining site construction
An ACE endorsement aligns GC crews with DISH standards ensuring future construction is completed in a timely and professional manner.
Best Practices
Get the content to your crews by sending the link below or allowing them to scan the QR code on the pamphlet
Walk your crews through the ACE content:
You can take them section by section through the content. Estimated time 4 hours
You can choose to have them go through the content as self-paced and then review each section or review the training upon completion
Focus on these quality areas:
Sealing the cabinet and avoiding all possibility of external water entering the cabinet
Keep the hybrid cable from getting bunched, any abrasions, or excess rubbing against steel
Take care when installing batteries not to damage the sealant tape on the sides as well as installing brackets on the front and rear in the correct position
Your objective: Build each site quickly and with high quality following DISH Construction Standards.
As a part of completing your DWAVE Endorsement, you must provide your OSHA 10 or 30.
If you did not provide this during training, you still need to provide your OSHA Card to finalize your endorsement, please do so by completing this form.
Note: This needs to be your CARD. We will not accept the certificate.
