The SMS link acts as a receipt so that if the user gets interrupted during the capture (e.g. phone call comes in or they get a text/email), all they need to do is return to the SMS, click it again, and it will return them to the "GET STARTED" page. Clicking on "GET STARTED" will take them back to whatever point they were at in the inspection. You can learn more about Expired sessions here.

What factors were taken into consideration when determining the default cost for PAVE's Estimate?
PAVE's Estimate default values are derived from a proprietary data set, spanning several years of data collection from one of the largest fleet management companies in the industry. We meticulously gathered thousands of invoices to create a comprehensive and generic estimate table suitable for all vehicle types. The default labor cost of $75 per hour is based on average labor rates across North America.
While the cost of parts remains relatively consistent, labor costs may vary depending on the region. It's important to note that these repair estimate costs are not quotations but rather provide a reliable approximation that leans towards the higher end to allow for flexibility. However, you can customize the values for each of the four repair methods: REPLACEMENT, REPAIR & REFINISH, REFINISH ONLY, and PDR REPAIR (marked as N/A if not applicable) associated with each component.
Moreover, you can set the standard labor rate to accurately calculate the total cost for each repair based on the region where the vehicle would be serviced.

On your test dashboard, you have 12 completed inspections. You can use the images from any of those completed inspections for testing. Even though they have already been inspected, they can be used again. Go to the dashboard, click the "PHOTOS" button for any completed inspection, and then download all 13 photos. These can now be used in sequence to complete any testing. If you are looking for multiple vehicles, as mentioned, you do have 12 available on your dashboard that can be used for variety.
