By placing an order with DraftSpeed, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided
   
   

   • DraftSpeed offers custom CAD design and 3D printing services.
     
     

   • For print-only orders, the final quality depends on the file you provide. DraftSpeed is not responsible for design flaws in client-supplied files.
     
     

2. Ownership of Designs
   
   

   • You confirm that any files or designs you provide do not infringe on the rights of others.
     
     

   • DraftSpeed retains the right to display completed projects (without revealing confidential information) for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
     
     

3. Limitations of Use
   
   

   • DraftSpeed’s products and services are intended for prototyping, hobbyist, and non-critical applications.
     
     

   • DraftSpeed is not liable for any damages, losses, or failures resulting from the use of printed parts in safety-critical, medical, structural, or commercial applications.
     
     

4. Payment & Refunds
   
   

   • Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.
     
     

   • Due to the custom nature of CAD and 3D printing, all sales are final. Reprints or revisions may be offered at DraftSpeed’s discretion.
     
     

5. Shipping & Delivery
   
   

   • Shipping times are estimates and may vary. DraftSpeed is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
     
     

   • Any damage during shipping must be reported promptly to pursue resolution.
     
     

6. Liability
   
   

   • DraftSpeed is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its designs or products.
     
     

   • Responsibility for safe and appropriate use of all parts rests with the client.
