Like in life, there are sections only partially filled out, images missing, redundant information, but all of it authentic.

At some point, with some talented help, it will offer a more curated look.

Until then... it's a lab I have decided to make public, instead of keeping it hidden through its rough stages.

A great gentleman, Marshall Rosenberg,  in his book "Non Violent Communication" says "Everything that's worth doing, is worth doing poorly." he didn't mean it as a praise to sloppiness, but as an understanding that things start out somewhere less than perfect and that there's also a cost to waiting for that polished version  before allowing ourselves to show up on stage.

Psychotherapist, Mental Health Consultant, Project Manager, experience as manager and trainer in several organizations, cross-ranging issues of mental health, cultural diversity, social inclusion, among others.

I aim to be effectve and create impact, motion and change in whatever field I work.

It's also a goal to keep learning as much as possible and I'm always up for new challenges...

Specific fields:

- As a Psychoterapist: offering Individual therapy with adults and couples therapy, with national and international clients, supporting mental health recovery and psychological and emotional self-awareness and development

- As a Mental Health Consultant: providing insights and recommendations for organizational improvements aimed to promote mental health and well being.

- As a Trainer: designing and delivering courses on stress managment, Emotional inteligence, Behavioural skills, Gender Issues, Developmental psychology,Training for Trainers, E-Learning, etc.

- As an entrepreneur: set up, manage and market a co-founded business.

- As a citizen: involved in non-profit organizations as founder, volunteer, manager and project developer.
