Irina Trubitsyna  received the PhD in Computer and Systems Engineering from the University of Calabria.
Currently she is Associate Professor at the Department of Informatics, Modeling, Electronics and System Engineering (DIMES) of University of Calabria and IEEE Senior Member.

Her research interests include  Knowledge Representation, Artificial Intelligence, Incomplete and Inconsistent Databases, Argumentation, and Logic Programming. 

She authored more than 90 scientific papers published in prestigious international journals and conference proceedings.
