Teacher Biography

Hi! My name is Alison Lovaas. This is my 5th year teaching kindergarten at Parkview Elementary School. This will be my 18th year as a teacher. My husband Paul and I have four wonderful children that range from the ages of 14-23. My teaching philosophy is based upon play-based learning. My desire is for each child to have a great first experience in school. I want to instill a love of learning, a firm foundation for math and reading skills, and a growth mindset.
