Hello. My name is Alison Norris and I am excited to be working with the students in the role of Paraprofessional. I started my journey with DMS as a substitute teacher and was beyond thrilled to be brought on as a full time Paraprofessional.
I have lived in Dillon my entire life and have raised three children here. In my free time, I enjoy golf, gardening, home improvements and the outdoors.

I believe in the potential that lives in all of us and will strive to bring out the best in each student that I am in contact with. I believe in encouraging students to slow down and enjoy the simpler things in childhood. I believe that for a student to succeed you must embrace thier uniqueness and celebrate them for who they are.
As Mental Health issues have become more prevalent in the last few years, I have made it my personal goal to expand my knowledge on ways to better help our teens cope with the many situations they are now facing.
