For the 1st nine weeks, we will focus on the building of the foundation skills for comprehension such as identifying the central idea of a text, summarizing, making inferences, analyzing the interactions in a text for both informational and literary texts. Language lessons will also be embedded in the lessons.
Social studies
Social studies
The lessons will focus first on geography themes. Students will learn how to use geographical tools in class and understand the similarities and differences of the different continents (Africa, Asia).

Hi! This is Ms. Elaine Alisin, the 7th graders' English Language Arts and Social Studies teacher! I graduated from Ateneo de Davao University in the Philippines. I have been in the teaching field for seven years. It has always been my passion to teach and help kids to follow their dreams.
