Yes there was a defferment in the conduct of the annual SGLGB (Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangays) last year, but it is much better to be prepared in case there will be an assessment this year.
Please understand that the earlier these documents will be submitted then the easier your job will be.
Please create a new folder named after your baranngay and upload the scanned copy (PDF) of the assessment
