Dennis C. Padolina, CESE, hails from Cotabato City and is a proud member of the 40th Batch of the LGOO Induction Training. He earned his college degree from Notre Dame University, where he completed Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Business Management. With twenty-eight (28) years of dedicated service in the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), he has built a career marked by commitment, perseverance, and exemplary public service.
From his humble beginnings as a Local Government Operations Officer (LGOO) II, he steadily rose through the ranks through competence, hard work, and dedication to his duties. Throughout the course of his career, he has attended extensive trainings and professional development programs that further enhanced his knowledge, leadership, and capability in local governance and public administration. At present, he serves as the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) of Silago, Southern Leyte, where he continues to exemplify the values of "Matino, Mahusay at Maasahan" DILG officer. His professional journey stands as an inspiring testament to how humble beginnings, coupled with determination and faithful service, can lead to a meaningful and distinguished career in government.
