Intelexea Developers ("we", "our", or "us") operates My Mirror: AI Journal & Diary ("My Mirror", the "App", or the "Service"), an AI-powered journal and diary application available on Android and iOS.
My Mirror allows you to create private journal entries, record reflections, track moods, save photos and memories, use voice-to-text, receive reminders, participate in optional group-sharing features, and receive AI-powered reflection prompts, summaries, and insights.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored and protected, when it may be shared with third parties, and the choices and rights available to you.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and agree to the applicable Terms of Use/EULA. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We collect information you provide, including account information, journal entries, moods, reflections, images, voice-to-text content, preferences, and information necessary to operate the App.
Journal content may be transmitted to our backend systems so we can store, synchronize, display, and provide features you request.
When you use AI features, relevant content may be processed through services that support the AI functionality of the App to generate requested prompts, summaries, suggestions, or insights.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use private journal content for advertising.
We do not currently use journal content to train or improve third-party AI models unless this Privacy Policy is updated to clearly disclose such use.
Journal content is private by default unless you choose to share content through an available group or sharing feature.
We do not currently offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid plans, trials, or other paid features.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information through the App where available or by contacting us.
You can manage device permissions through the App and your device settings.
My Mirror may collect or process information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of the App, and limited technical information required to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.
AI features are a core part of My Mirror.
When you request an AI-powered feature, we may process relevant information from your journal or other content you have chosen to provide in order to generate the requested result.

Mood information
Selected roles
Prompts
Relevant journal history
Other information necessary to provide the specific AI feature
AI processing may occur through our backend systems and third-party services that support the AI functionality of the App.
We use information submitted to AI features only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested AI-powered functionality, operate and secure the Service, and comply with applicable law.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unexpected, or unsuitable for your circumstances. AI output is provided for general reflection and informational purposes only and is not professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
We recommend that you do not include information in AI requests that you do not want processed by the services required to provide the requested feature.
My Mirror is not an emergency or crisis service. If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Your journal content is private by default within My Mirror.
However, "private" does not mean that your content is stored exclusively on your device.
Journal content may be transmitted to our backend systems so that we can:
Store your journal
Synchronize your content
Display your entries across supported sessions or devices
Provide requested AI features
Provide other features you explicitly request
Maintain and secure the Service
We do not sell your journal content.
We do not use private journal content for advertising.
We do not use private journal content to train or improve third-party AI models unless this Privacy Policy is updated to clearly disclose such use and any consent required by applicable law is obtained.
When you select an image for your profile or journal, the App processes the selected image and may upload it to our media storage.
The App does not require access to images that you do not select.
When you use voice-to-text:
The App accesses your microphone only when you activate the voice-to-text feature.
Your speech may be processed by device or platform speech-recognition services.
Recognized text may be sent to translation services if you enable automatic translation.
If Google Translate is used for translation, recognized text may be processed by Google for that requested translation.
Please do not dictate information that you do not want processed by the applicable speech-recognition or translation service.
Journal content is private by default.
If you choose to create or join a group, you may be able to share selected content with other group members.
Content you intentionally share may be visible to:
The relevant group owner
Group members
Other users according to the sharing settings you select
You are responsible for reviewing your sharing settings before sharing content.
If you share information about another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right or permission to share that information.
Once content has been viewed, downloaded, copied, or captured by another user, we may not be able to control copies that exist outside the App.
My Mirror may request device permissions only when required for a particular feature.

We do not receive or store your biometric data.
The current App does not use location, contacts, Bluetooth, or video-library content unless this policy is updated to describe a future feature.
If you enable notifications, My Mirror may use Firebase Cloud Messaging and platform notification services to deliver reminders, summaries, group notifications, invitations, and service messages.

Information required to route notifications correctly
You can disable notifications through the App or your device settings.
The App may also use Firebase Remote Config to retrieve App configuration and version/update information.
Remote Config is not used to enable advertising.
My Mirror may provide an optional App Lock using Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or other supported device biometric authentication.
Biometric verification is performed by your device's operating system and secure hardware.
We do not receive or store your:
Face image
Fingerprint
Biometric template
The App receives only the authentication result and may use a device-protected cryptographic key to protect the App.
Your App Lock preference is stored locally on your device.
The current version of My Mirror does not offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid plans, trials, or other paid features.
We do not collect payment-card details, purchase identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, or billing information in the current version of the App.
If paid features are introduced in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and disclose applicable pricing, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund information before purchase.
My Mirror uses third-party services to provide certain features.

Deleting the App from your device does not automatically delete your account.
If you use Sign in with Apple, you may also need to revoke the associated Apple authorization through your Apple account settings.

My Mirror does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental-health condition.
The App is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, counselor, lawyer, financial adviser, or other qualified professional.

Subject to this EULA, Intelexea Developers grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device that you own or control.
If you obtain the App through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable Usage Rules and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you must not:
Copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App
Circumvent security features or access controls
Interfere with the App, servers, networks, or connected services
Introduce malware or harmful code

You grant Intelexea Developers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, reproduce, format, analyze, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

When you intentionally share User Content with a group, you authorize us to make that content available to the selected users according to the applicable sharing settings.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit and share User Content.
You must not use My Mirror to:
Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defame, or harm another person
Upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or abusive content
Reveal another person's private or confidential information without authorization
Encourage self-harm, violence, criminal activity, discrimination, or abuse
Misrepresent AI-generated information as professional advice
Gain unauthorized access to another account, group, device, system, or data
Circumvent security or access controls
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or our legal rights.
The current version of My Mirror does not offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid plans, trials, or other paid features.
If paid features are introduced in the future, applicable pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund information will be disclosed before purchase.
The App may connect to services operated by Apple, Google, Firebase, AI providers, speech-recognition providers, translation providers, hosting providers, storage providers, and other third parties.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, availability, security, or privacy practices except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The App, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, graphics, databases, and other materials supplied by us, excluding User Content and third-party materials, are owned by Intelexea Developers or its licensors.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you except for the limited license expressly granted under this EULA.
Intelexea Developers, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support of the App as required by applicable law.
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the App or individual features.
Updates may be required for security, compatibility, functionality, or continued use.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or that the App will support every device or operating-system version.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, satisfactory quality, and non-infringement.
Nothing in this EULA excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intelexea Developers and its licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law requires us to bear.
Your applicable consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
Intelexea Developers, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product-liability claims, legal-compliance claims, consumer-protection claims, privacy claims, and intellectual-property claims, subject to applicable law.
If a third party claims that your possession or use of the App infringes that party's intellectual-property rights, Intelexea Developers is responsible for addressing that claim as required by applicable law.
You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations when using My Mirror.
You must not use the App for unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates applicable sanctions, export-control requirements, or other legally applicable restrictions.
You may terminate this EULA by stopping use of the App and uninstalling it.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for:
Security
Legal compliance
Protection of users
Fraud prevention
Enforcement of this EULA
Material violations of this EULA
Termination does not eliminate provisions that are intended to survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and applicable legal provisions.
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
This EULA is between you and Intelexea Developers, not Apple.
Intelexea Developers is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
Intelexea Developers is responsible for applicable warranties, product claims, legal-compliance claims, consumer-protection claims, privacy claims, and intellectual-property claims.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce applicable provisions as permitted by Apple's requirements.
