Part 1: Be the Boss of Your Apps!
Your Android phone has a tool to help you manage your screen time. It's called Digital Well-being. You can use it to set daily timers for most apps. When your time is up, the app will pause for the rest of the day.
Android - How to Set an App Timer:
Open your phone's Settings app.
Tap on Digital Well-being & parental controls.
Tap on the chart to see your screen time.
Find an app you want to limit and tap Set timer (it looks like an hourglass).
Choose how much time you want to spend on that app each day.
Tap OK.
