Bitcoin Binder and Hold Card  Privacy Policy

Bitcoin Binder  is a family instruction and education app. It is not a Bitcoin wallet or exchange. It cannot send, receive, buy, or store cryptocurrency. Hold Card is a productivity application

Who we are:

Data we store on your device

--Names, roles, phone numbers you type, holdings labels, letters of instruction, checklist marks, notes, and a household passphrase hash (if you set one) are stored only on this phone. If you export a packet, that file is saved where you choose. We do not operate a Binder cloud account and we cannot see your packet.

7-day trial

--The first 7 days on this device are a local trial. The trial start time is stored on the device. After 7 days, a one-time household license is required to keep using the Binder.

Data we do NOT collect

• Seed phrases, private keys, or wallet PINs (the app refuses text that looks like a seed phrase)

• Your contacts book, location, camera roll, or microphone (except a photo you choose to attach to a holding, which stays on the device)

• Advertising IDs — this app has no ads

• Analytics profiles for advertising

Google Play Billing

-- If you buy the household license ($9.99 USD one-time, not a subscription), payment is handled by Google Play. Google processes the card under Google’s policies. We receive a purchase token used only to unlock the license on this device. We do not receive your full credit card number.

Internet

--The Binder works without the internet. The phone uses the internet to talk to Google Play for purchase, restore, and license checks.

Children

--The app is for adults 18 years or older. We do not collect data from children.

Your choices

--You can delete Binder data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling. That does not refund a Play purchase; refunds are through Google Play.
