Transition Link Services seeks to serve and guide our 18-21 year old students with remaining transitional needs and promote movement from school to post-school activities. Learning is centered around a comprehensive education balancing job training and independent living skills.

Digitability a modern, work-ready program prepares students for our tech-driven society. Digitability skill areas are taught through an integrated model. Students then put their new skills into practice through a Digitability Work Simulation.
