Can I send an entire collection as a gift?

Yes! You can toggle the "Gift Purchase" option after adding the collection to your shopping cart. Then, you can input the email address of the giftee!

Can I send individual games as gifts from a collections purchase?

Yes! Any games purchased in a collection can be sent as a gift via email.

Recipients will be prompted to set up a Digiphile account and can then redeem the title to their Steam account through our platform. The recipient will have 7 days to accept or decline the gift. If they decline, or the gift times out, the game will be returned to the account that sent the gift.

Why are accounts mandatory for accepting a gift?

We think Digiphile is a great platform and gifting is a really cool way to help spread the word. Accounts also help keep keys secure by preventing and identifying bot or fraudulent activity. As with all features on our site, we’re continuously reviewing the system with an eye to make it better and reduce the friction as much as we can!

Do you support cross-region gifts for either full gifts or individual games?

At this time, we do not support cross-region gifting (for example, sending a gift from Japan to Germany). Our system reserves keys as soon as checkout begins, and region restrictions are based on the purchasing account’s location. We’re always looking for ways to improve our features, and we aim to make everything clear and transparent for users.
