The Digiphile Exchange lets you trade in games you already own from a bundle for credit, which you can use to claim other previously bundled titles, either for yourself or as a gift. It’s a way to get more value from bundles and discover new games, even if you already own a few.
Trade In Games You Already Own - If you already have a game from a newly purchased bundle in your Steam library, you can trade it in for Digiphile credit (up to 3 games per bundle).
Claim Games from the Exchange - Use your credits to claim previously bundled titles from the Exchange either for yourself or gifted to a friend. Discover more of the games curated by our team, even after the bundle ends.
We created the Exchange to give more value to loyal gamers like you. Often, you may already own a few games in a bundle but still want to explore the rest. The Exchange helps you do just that without wasting keys or missing out on other great titles.
To join the Exchange, you’ll need to opt in to occasional Steam Library checks. This allows us to:
Confirm which games you already own
Make accurate trade-in offers
Build new community features (coming soon!)
Your data stays private to the community unless you choose to share it. Steam library access helps us offer better bundles and stronger support from our publishing partners.
Buy a bundle
Before redeeming or gifting any keys, we run a pre-approved Steam Library check
If any of the bundled games are already in your Steam library, you may trade in up to 3 of them (per bundle) for Digiphile credit
You’ll have 90 days to redeem, gift, or trade in your keys. After that:
Titles already in your Steam library will be added to the Exchange for half credit when they expire
Unredeemed titles not in your Steam library will expire (with no credit received)
You’ll earn 10 credits per dollar tier the game was originally part of. Example:
A game in the $12 tier = 120 credits
To claim a game from the Exchange, it costs 3x the trade-in value.
Example: That $12-tier game costs 360 credits to claim
Digiphile credit in the Exchange does not expire
Note: DLC is excluded from the Exchange unless explicitly stated.
Unused or unredeemed keys affect our ability to negotiate high-quality bundles with developers and publishers, while also impacting their ability to obtain keys from Steam. By linking your Steam account and keeping your play data current, you're helping us:
Reduce key reselling on the grey market
Obtain better titles for future bundles
Help our partners obtain more keys for future bundles
Launch upcoming community-driven features
We believe the Exchange is the first step in building a stronger, more rewarding experience for the Digiphile community, and we're excited for everyone to try it out!
No, credits obtained by sending titles to the Exchange do not expire.
You can expect a rotating selection of games from bundles available within the last year.
No. All trades in the Exchange are final. You can’t reverse sending a game or getting one with credits, and Support can’t undo these actions.
