Billing & Refunds

We are happy to provide a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Once any of the content is download from your purchase, or keys are revealed or gifted, we can no longer provide a refund.

We accept all major credit cards! We use Stripe as our payment processor, and we also accept Apple Pay. We are also reviewing additional payment methods to add in the future.

If your purchase attempt failed but the funds were still removed from your payment method or bank account, this is known as a pending charge. Unfortunately, Digiphile cannot return these funds to you, as they were not collected by us. Please reach out to your bank or payment provider for additional information or assistance!

Pending charges are usually reversed within 72 hours, but some payment methods may take up to two weeks.
