Complete this NTMS Device and App Support Request Form if your child can't access his or her laptop or other school apps/software programs (Classlink, Schoology, etc.).
If your child can log in to his or her laptop, but is having other issues, do not complete the NTMS Device and App Support Request Form. Instead submit a Help Ticket using the shortcut on the laptop's desktop, or using this Help Ticket link.
Both student and a parent need to login to their own Skyward Family Access Accounts to complete their own copies of the
Acceptable Use Policy Form and Damaged Laptop and Equipment Policy
