Online Registration System

Thank you for your interest in availing PNPKI individual digital certificates!

For bulk application, please coordinate with the PNPKI team in your respective area, email addresses can be found on this link (Where to Submit - PNPKI).

For individual application, please read the following guidelines before proceeding to the Registration Portal.

Applications with incomplete information and/or requirements will not be processed.

Step 0: Preparing PNPKI Requirements

Please prepare the following requirements which are required to be uploaded to the Registration portal ( file format must be LastName FirstName_Document Type, file size must be less than 5MB and accepted file types are .JPG, .JPEG, .PDF, .DOC, .DOCX):

  • NSO/PSA Birth Certificate or valid Philippine Passport; *

  • UMID or ANY TWO (2) valid government-issued IDs; and * Please check this link for the list of acceptable IDs - https://dict.gov.ph/pnpki-individual-certificate/

  • 1 passport-size ID picture (plain background taken within the last 6 months)* - should be in file type JPG, .JPEG, .PNG


Once in the Registration Portal, you will be filling out the application through the succeeding steps:

Step 1: Applicant Details

    • Select Certificate Class: Individual

    • Enter your complete name, including Middle Name (if you have one) and all other required information (these are marked with red asterisks *).

    • If you are applying for a certificate as required by your current employer/organization/agency, please indicate your Organization and specific Organizational Unit (if applicable) in the provided input field.

Important: When entering Organization and/or Organizational Unit, please spell out the name of your organization (e.g. if you are affiliated with PNPKI, input Philippine National Public Key Infrastructure instead of PNPKI)


Step 2: Contact Details

  • Provide all required information (these are marked with red asterisks *).

NOTE: Your indicated Province in the Residential Address shall be the basis of which PNPKI RA office will be processing your application.

  • Please make sure that the email address you've entered is correct. This is where email notifications will be sent and where we will contact you in the processing of your PNPKI application.


Step 3: Required Documents

  • Please tick the checkbox for the documents you will be submitting.

NOTE: You will be asked to upload these documents in the next step.


Step 4: Documents Upload

  • Upload the documents you were required to prepare in Step 0 / you have checked in Step 3

  • Photo should be uploaded under Passport Size Photo Upload


Step 5: Complete

  • You can preview your application before submitting. If you have corrections, you may go back to the previous steps.

  • You are also asked to review the Subscriber's Agreement. Check the box if you've read it.


You will be shown the success page once completed.

NOTE: If you want to print/download your application form, this is your last chance to do it. Click Print then download the form. Once you click Finish, you will no longer be able to go back to print/download your application form.
