L-theanine and L-tyrosine. Amino acids I take every morning that helps me get my head in order. I take them 30 min before breakfast with vitamins.
Art of living breathing exercises. They are all over the world and hold courses in their breathing techniques which is kinda like a meditation. I do them every morning and my head is nice and quiet afterwards. Highly recommended although they seem a bit like a cult. So don't let that scare you away 😎
