Diamond Brothers, Inc. is a fourth generation family owned firm with roots dating back to 1909. Established in 1981, Diamond Brothers, Inc. has been building throughout the state of Florida for 40 years.

The Diamond Brothers and our family owned firms have developed thousands of acres of land; built over 1,000,000 square feet of housing; covering five hundred luxury and higher end single family homes ranging in size from 2200 square feet to 24,000 square feet; urban renewal, mixed-use, ocean front, Intracoastal Waterway, country club communities, infill and planned urban developments.

Our Father, Gerald Diamond, purchased, redesigned, developed, built, owned and operated the Sears Crescent building in a time that was in need of social and economic development in Downtown Boston Massachusetts.

Recent projects include the revitalization of a historic downtown in north east Florida (design development and construction of the St Johns River Education Center), renovation projects, single family home, ocean front single family homes, student housing, mixed-use construction.

True testimony of the strength and ability of a company is defined by its accomplishments. The building and development industry is one that has tangent results. We are proud to be able to visit the buildings that we and our family have constructed beginning at the turn of the 20th Century which continues through today.
