Application Procedure

Attendance

Attendance is free of charge, but participant number is limited to facilities restrictions.

To this aim, participants need to apply and they will be selected based on their current status (i.e., Ph.D. student, master student, undergraduate student, researcher, etc.), their curriculum, and motivation letter.

Please note that the received applications will be processed on a First Come First Serve (FCFS) policy.

IMPORTANT NOTE: we need few days to check your application so wait a confirmation email before considering the procedure completed!

Students Forum

Participants will have also the opportunity to present their own work during the Student Forum Session(s). To this aim, please submit your proposal filling in the corresponding section in the application form below.

Registration

The registration to the summer school includes:

• Access to all the seminars and to the Student Forum;
• Coffe breaks from Monday July 1st to Friday July 5th;
• Lunches from Monday July 1st to Thursday July 5th.

The accommodation is NOT included in the registration and should be covered by participants.

IMPORTANT: Applications will be considered until room is available.
