The ESORICS 2026 Conference encourages researchers, particularly PhD students and early-career faculty, to participate by providing Conference Grants that cover part of the registration and travel costs. The selection process will give priority to students and researchers with demonstrated financial need from developing countries, and to those who have an accepted paper at the ESORICS Conference or its satellite workshops. The grant is conditional on registering for ESORICS 2026.
An application for a grant award should consist of a single PDF file with
the student’s CV,
a statement from the student,
a letter from the student’s research advisor with a justification of financial need.
The student’s statement should include a summary of research interests and describe how the applicant will benefit from participating in the Conference and/or co-located Workshops. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Applications for the student travel grant should be submitted using this form: https://forms.gle/vbUCGmpbEuBozHkh7
Submission deadline: August 15, 2026, 23:59:59 (AoE)
Notification of Decision: August 30, 2026
Applications submitted outside of the submission period are not guaranteed to be considered.
