The Unified Monitoring System for Regional Regulatory Issuances is an innovative platform designed to enhance transparency, streamline workflows, and ensure accountability in the management of regulatory issuances across DHSUD Cordillera Administrative Region.
This initiative was developed under the guidance and support of Director Antonette A. Anaban, whose vision to simplify and harmonize processes provided the foundation for its successful implementation.

1) From the Main Menu, select the Issuances Tracker corresponding to the category or section where the new issuance will be added.
The system will automatically redirect you to the selected tracker’s page.
2) Click the “Add” button to create a new entry.
The system will then display an extended form where the necessary details shall be entered.
3) In the form provided, enter the required information using the available application data.
Review all entries for accuracy and completeness, then click “Save” to proceed.
4) The newly created record will now appear on the Tracker Page, displaying its corresponding overview information and current status.

Click the “Edit” button to modify the selected entry.
