Hello!
My name is Mr. Tucker Regner, the High School Agricultural Education Instructor and FFA Advisor at Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton. I grew up in Osnabrock, North Dakota. A small rural town near the Canadian border. Surrounded by agriculture and the natural world, this is what fueled my passion for the subject. I graduated from North Dakota State University with a Major in Agricultural Education and a Minor in Extension Education.
I was an active 4-Her all through elementary, high school, and college, and working alongside FFA Members and Advisors helped lead me to become an Ag Educator. While I wasn't able to have Ag Ed/FFA in my high school, I decided then that I wanted to bring it to others so they could have this amazing opportunity. I believe that each student brings a little special something that you cant get anywhere else and as an educator it is my job to help the student find it, then make it shine. Students in my class can expect to spend more time out of their seats in groups, in the lab space, or even outdoors. My classes are hands-on and designed to spark interest that can be further strengthened after the student leaves.
When not in the classroom I am probably outside. Maybe a little crazy, but winter is my favorite season, I am an avid alpine skier and enjoy biking and hiking in the warmer months. Back in Osnabrock my family has two cats Remi and Rosie, and a dog Ruby. Here at home I have two cats that are brother and sister, Kirby and Chloe. I look forward to meeting a ton of new people in my role at DGF and Go Rebels!
