*NEW* Check out the resources page for info about what we are learning about, and how you can learn from our work! (Still under construction...)
Building a website is a new experience for the team at DGF Robotics. We believe having a website is a great way to get information about our team out to the community, and spread awareness about the FTC Robotics community!
*this website is managed by students on the robotics team and NOT officials at Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton public schools*
On this website, you can find information about our team, links to our profiles on various social media platforms, what we have done in robotics the past week in blog form, information about donating to the team, information about FTC and what the challenge for this year is, and how we are involved with the community!
The most important part of building a robot, or engineering as a whole, is the process in which you create what you are trying to build and how you can improve your designs. That is why we decided to model our design process (shown to the left) in an easy to understand flowchart to help improve other people's understandings of the way that we carry out the design process!
Have a problem or task and define it clearly
Brainstorm solutions for the problem or task. One part of the robot for each solution
Sketch solutions to better explain our thought process
Design solution in CAD or make a prototype out of every day materials
Print or construct next version and test how it works (if design doesn't work well, go back to step two. If design works, design is complete.)

If you have any questions about FTC or about us, problems on the website, or suggestions for the website, you can use the Google form on the left. Having a place where people can give suggestions and report problems is great for making sure that the community can understand and use the website to its fullest potential.
