Meet Ms. Erickson

I am so excited to continue teaching 5th grade at Belle Aire School! I cannot wait to be your child's teacher this year and look forward to all of the learning, growing, exploring and fun we will have together in the classroom!

I was born and raised in Downers Grove. Since I was in elementary school, I have loved learning and have wanted to be a teacher. I feel so lucky to be teaching in District 58 because this is where I first found my passion for education and learning! I attended El Sierra Elementary School (the other open concept school!), O'Neill Middle School and Downers Grove High School. In my free time, I love to travel, spend time with my family and friends (and dogs), read and volunteer with Fetching Tails Foundation in Itasca!
