Kindergarten Teacher

Hello! I am so excited to introduce myself as your child’s new teacher. Let me start off by telling you about my educational background. I graduated Illinois State University in December, 2014 with a degree in Elementary Education and Middle School endorsements in Language Arts, Science, and Social Science. I completed my clinicals in Clinton, IL and Student Teaching in a first grade classroom in Wheaton, IL. I went onto work as a Kindergarten and Third Grade Paraprofessional in Addison and Bloomingdale, IL.

In all of the classrooms and experiences I have had I can truly say that Kindergarten has my heart. I really enjoy the student’s enthusiasm and excitement for learning and their proud spirit when they accomplish something they have been working hard on.

A little about myself…

I recently moved to a surrounding suburb. Some of my hobbies include painting, singing, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
