- Complete assignments, labs, and activities.
- All assignments are to be completed on time and to the best of your ability.
- Take advantage of retake / redo opportunities
- Attend class.
- School policies on tardiness and absences will be adhered to.
- If you know you are going to be absent, please see Mrs. Atkins BEFORE you leave
- If you are absent, you must see Mrs. Atkins as soon as you get back
- Get involved!
- Thinking skills will be emphasized throughout the year!
- Let me “see what you are thinking”.
- To do this you must get involved in classroom warm-up problems, share ideas, share potential answers, share relevant information, and look for more than one answer.
- Learn from others.
- You all bring a wealth of information from varied backgrounds, listen carefully to others when then are speaking, you can learn a great deal.
- Seek extra help, if needed.
- Best time to see me is before or after school. I am also available through email or during home base.
- Please see me before it is too late.
