Q: Are Scholarships Available?

A: Yes, we do offer limited scholarships that covers registration fees only for Community Health Workers (CHWs) and CHW Instructors who are members.

Q: Where is the conference located?

A: Our 2020 conference will be virtual. Past conferences have been held at the Texas Health Resources Pavilion located at 600 E. Lamar in Arlington, Texas.

Q: Are meals included?

A: Yes, when held in person breakfast, lunch, and beverages at each meal are included with the registration fee. Vegetarian options are available.

Q: Do you Offer Refunds?

A: We do not honor refund requests. We will allow transfer of registration to another attendee upon request.

Q: How Many CEs are being offered?

A: The number of CEs attendees can earn all depends on the number of sessions attended.

Q: For in-person conference - are there hotels nearby?

Q: For in-person conference - do exhibitors set-up?

A: Exhibitors may set-up as early as Thursday evening. Exhibitorship is all day on Friday.
