Passports may either be claimed in person or sent by mail/courier. 

Option 1   IN PERSON

Passport may be picked up at the Embassy from 2:00pm - 4:00pm, Mondays to Fridays, except holidays. Kindly bring your Official Receipt and original passport.

Option 2   BY MAIL/COURIER

Kindly arrange DHL airway bill or bring a self-addressed envelope with Austrian postage stamps worth 6.50 Euro, starting 1 September 2023 (if to be sent within Austria) or 12.15 Euro (if to be sent outside Austria - Cash Only).  Stamps may be bought at any post office or Tabak.

Please note that the Embassy assumes no liability for any loss of documents once these have been handed over to the postal system/ courier service.
