Note: For the year 2023, we will only be accepting 50 interns.
Kindly prepare the following documentary requirements and submit it through the online application form:
Application letter (the letter must be addressed to the Assistant Secretary of HRMO)
Endorsement letter signed by the school/internship coordinator or appropriate authority indicating your name, required number of hours, and other relevant information;
Résumé
Original and valid NBI Clearance; and
Certified True Copy of COVID-19 Vaccination Cards (preferably with booster) or Vaccination Certificate (VaxCert) from DOH
They must be officially enrolled in a legitimate Philippine higher education institution, at least eighteen (18) years of age at the start of internship, and duly endorsed for internship by an academic institution in the Philippines. *
Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and physically fit to participate in the internship program. Students must be registered with Philhealth or with equivalent medical insurance covering medical expenses related to Covid-19.
They should be Filipino students (including those with dual citizenship). Non-Filipino citizens cannot be accepted as interns in the Department.
* Priority will be given to graduating students in an undergraduate program that requires an internship.
