• All signatories of the document must personally appear before the Philippine Consulate to submit and sign the document in front of a Consular official

• Photocopies of PH Passports / National IDs / Residence IDs of all signatories are required to be submitted (per document copy) 

1. Walk in to the Consulate, no appointment required (Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm except during declared PHL and ES public holidays)

2. Present your documentation at Window 1 or 2 

3. Pay at the Cashier (Window 3), payment by Cash, Debit/Credit cards and Bizum are accepted

4. Ensure that you return to the Consulate after three (3) working days to receive a copy of your notarized document
