17 April 2026 - The Philippines participated in a two-week training program for diplomats organized by the Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs and the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna from 7 to 17 April 2026 in Vienna. 

Mr. Reivin Jed Ambojia, Foreign Service Officer from the Department of Foreign Affairs represented the Philippines in the training. Mr. Ambojia delivered the remarks on behalf of all training participants. He expressed his appreciation to the Austrian Foreign Ministry and the Diplomatic Academy for the opportunity to hone his skills in diplomacy and to meet fellow diplomats from other countries.

The training program gathered young diplomats from Asia to equip the participants with important skills and knowledge on global and international affairs, as well as to strengthen their leadership and communication abilities. END
