for Role as G-77 Task Force Coordinator in Vienna
Andrei Bauzon, First Secretary of the Philippine Permanent Mission in Vienna, receives a certificate of appreciation and a vibrant Maasai shuka from Kenyan Ambassador and Permanent Representative Maurice Makoloo, Chair of the Group of 77 and China Vienna Chapter, during the Group’s Plenary Meeting on 02 December 2025. First Secretary Bauzon, the 2025 G-77 Task Force Coordinator for the UN Office of Drugs and Crime (UNODC), was acknowledged for his skill and professionalism in championing the positions and interests of the G-77, including facilitating a crucial breakthrough in G-77 statements in UNODC fora. G-77 member countries represent 80% of the world’s population and are an important voice in multilateral fora for championing developing nations’ priorities.
